If you’re prepared for some higher-level thinking about radical politics, check out this article.  Once you get the basic concepts of queer theory/activism, it’s so easy to make and understand all of these connections.  Plus, my devoted instructrix, LD, is referenced quite a bit.

If you take away nothing else, start thinking about the term “homonormativity” especially alongside “heteronormativity.”  What does it mean?  What are its implications?  Who does it most impact?  What are the pros and cons of identity politics?  Issue politics?

SERIOUSLY, READ THIS.  Start changing your politics and ideologies and being a decent human being.
