Men are not and cannot be oppressed.

A man can be treated horribly, can be abused, can be raped, can be discriminated against, can be intimidated, and perhaps even oppressed, that is true.  It can happen to Man A, Man B, Man T, etc.  However, men cannot be oppressed.
